2. The Services

Suppershare is an online platform created to build a community made up of people who love food and sharing. Suppershare undertakes to make the Services and the Platform available to the User who intends to use them in the manner provided for in these Conditions.

Once registered, a User can start participating in Events organized by other Users or start organizing them himself. At the time of the first booking as a Guest, the User will be asked to enter their payment details. It may happen that when registering a credit card, the user is charged a minimum amount, in the order of one euro, on his / her account. This is a standard procedure commonly used by financial operators to verify a payment card, and the amount charged will be refunded within a short time by the operator. L’ Users wishing to start organizing Events must complete their personal profile by entering additional information regarding the preferred payment system and the premises in which the Events they decide to organize will take place, specifying in particular the address of these premises and entering an exhaustive description and photographs illustrating its characteristics. Suppershare will approve as soon as possible the information entered by the User regarding the premises where he will organize his Events. Once you have completed your profile, a Host can create a suppershare by entering the information that will characterize this Event, such as, but not limited to, the date on which it will take place, the menu, the number of places available and a suggested minimum donation, or how much the Host believes is a fair contribution to be requested from its Guests as a condition that must be met in order to participate in the event. The Host may use the Platform to publish any content aimed at best describing a suppershare that he has decided to organize. The Host undertakes to provide an accurate, complete and truthful description of the Event, which includes every detail that he may deem useful for the Guest before he makes the reservation. By booking at the Event, the Guest undertakes to recognize the amount of the suggested donation to the Host. The Host will be able to accept guest requests for participation and proceed to organization of the event. A Host can also decide only to create a menu and wait for another User to agree with him on a date to organize the event. Within 24 hours from the end of the suppershare in which he participated, the guest receives a communication inviting him to choose how much to donate to the Host. The guest can ignore this communication, thus choosing to confirm the minimum donation suggested by the Host, or he can choose to donate a greater amount to the Host than the suggested donation, if he believes that the support has been worthy. After 24 hours from the end of the Event, our payment system will automatically credit the Guest’s donations to the Host. Suppershare, and the payment services it supports (Mangopay and Paypal), they are the means by which donations pass from the Guest to the Host. Suppershare always recommends viewing the terms and conditions of your payment service: here you can view those of the Mangopay service, while those of the PayPal service can be viewed by accessing your profile via the Platform www.paypal.com. The User chooses from the payment conditions available on the Platform, but payment methods other than those available are not allowed. The User acknowledges that by choosing a certain payment system to complete his transactions on the Platform, he will be subject to the terms and conditions of that payment system. Within 24 hours from the confirmation of the payments by the Guests, Suppershare will send to the

Furthermore, once the Event is over, the Host will have the opportunity to express an evaluation of its Guests and Guests on its Host. This evaluation, included in the contents of the site, will be public and is a basic element for building the credibility of users within the platform.
